How do I create an account?
Tap "Sign In" in the menu and choose "Sign up". Enter your email and a password, then click the verification link we send you. You can start ordering as soon as your email is verified.
How do I find food trucks near me?
The home page shows trucks near you based on your phone's location. You can also tap "Browse Trucks" or open the map view to see every truck currently serving.
How do I save a favorite truck?
Open any truck's page and tap the heart icon in the header. All hearted trucks live under "Favorites" in the side menu so you can reorder from them in one tap.
How does ordering work?
Pick a truck, browse the menu, add items to your cart, and check out. After payment you'll get a real-time tracking page that updates as the truck prepares your food.
What payment methods are accepted?
Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) processed securely through Stripe. You can save a card on file from the Profile page.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes — you can cancel an order any time before the truck marks it as "preparing". Open the order from your Orders list and tap "Cancel Order". Stripe will refund your card automatically within a few business days.
